Join us for a potluck as we gather together and celebrate the story of Saint Nicholas! There will be carols, delicious food, storytelling from a special guest, and merriment. We hope you’ll join us!

Christmas Eve Service with Pageant
Our Christmas Eve service at 4pm on December 24th will feature a reenactment of the nativity story led by our children, accompanied by readings, music, candlelight and Holy Communion. It’s a wonderful way for all members, down to our youngest to experience and tell the story of Jesus’ birth!
If your child is able to participate in the pageant and/or any adults are willing to volunteer on the day itself, or during the rehearsals in the coming weeks, please signup here. This is an open invitation to all families to come and experience Christmas Eve together as a church community!
Christmas Eve Service
Join us for our Christmas Eve Candlelight service at 6pm on December 24th. We’ll be singing traditional Christmas carols by candlelight, reflecting on the Christmas story, and receiving Holy Communion. We hope you'll join us!
Class on Generosity
Sunday, October 13th we’re excited to begin another round of 9am classes for adults and kids. We’re diving a little deeper into our value of Generosity in our Becoming Incarnation People series. Harrison Brooks is going to lead this four-week class on Generosity for adults and teenagers. It will focus on both spiritual and practical aspects of Generosity – including conversation about how Christians can engage Generosity with our finances.
Victoria Schwartz will be leading our children (2nd-5th grade) in a class on Generosity as well–focusing on the parables from Jesus on stewardship. Helping our children recognize that all they have comes from God and beginning to build an imagination for offering back to God what we have been given.
The classes will be four weeks 10/13, 10/20, 10/27 and 11/10. Childcare provided for children younger than 2nd grade.
Solemn Communion Sunday
Our kids have been engaged in a Solemn Communion class this fall. Please join us for worship on Sunday, October 6th, for a special service to celebrate this milestone of their discipleship into the life of the church. And stay after the service for a reception with cake!
St. Francis Fest 2024
Come with your pets and celebrate Francis Fest 2024 with us! It begins at 5 pm on Saturday, October 5th , with the blessing of the animals followed by a party in our pop-up beer garden. Francis Fest is like the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi meets Oktoberfest but with Buford Hwy vibes.
St Francis of Assisi was full of God’s love for creation. He famously loved animals, and so for his feast, we celebrate the tradition of blessing our pets. Bring your dogs (or turtles, hamsters, fish...) to receive a blessing and stay for our beer garden with a live mariachi band. We’ll have food & drink, fun activities for kids, music, and lots of space for hanging out. Please invite friends and neighbors! Everyone is encouraged to attend. (And if you don’t have pets, just hang with us!)
We need help to throw a great party! Please consider finding a spot to jump in and signup here.
