In the sacrament of Baptism, like that of the Eucharist, we remember the story of salvation that God has been telling since the beginning of creation and we witness His grace on display in the lives of those being baptized. In his book It Takes a Church to Baptize, Anglican Deacon Scot McKnight writes, “Baptism, whether infant or adult, needs to be seen from what the Bible says it is: the beginning of a journey that God initiates.” I love that, and I’m excited to see God at work in the lives of babies and believers through Baptism at Incarnation! 

We will be hosting a Zoom call for anyone considering being baptized or having a child baptized. Fr. Collin and I will briefly talk about what Baptism is, what you can expect, and there will be a Q&A time. At this meeting, we will also give instructions on how to sign up for our baptism service.
